To open and use an account on t91, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age must be 18 years of age or older must be
• You must register using your real, verified identity
• You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country or region of residence
• Must be mentally capable and in a position to make decisions independently
• Must not have been previously banned or removed from t91 for any reason

T91 may request a copy of a government-issued ID, passport, or driving licence at any time for age and identity verification purposes. t91 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is successfully completed.

Each individual at t91 is allowed only One account only can be opened. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

• Registration requires your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone
• Account holders are solely responsible for the security of their own account
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited

If your contact details change (mobile number or email), notify t91 Customer Support immediately. t91 will not be responsible for any deposit or withdrawal issues arising from outdated information.

All financial transactions on t91 must follow specific guidelines. These rules are in place to keep every member's funds safe and secure.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited
• ৳20,000 Withdrawals of this amount or more may require additional KYC documentation
• T91 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected

T91 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the specific terms carefully before claiming any offer. General bonus terms are outlined below:

1. Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (wagering requirement) must be met before any withdrawal can be made
2. Bonus funds are held in a separate wallet from real money and are converted to real money once the conditions are met
3. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days, as specified in each individual offer

Only one Welcome Bonus claim per person is accepted on t91. Multiple Welcome Bonus claims from the same address, device, or IP address within the same household are not permitted. This is part of t91's anti-abuse policy.

T91 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination if detected:

• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to strategically harm the platform (collusion)
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Using abusive or disrespectful language toward t91 staff
